Taking a break between sips of sweet nectar out of the lemon blossoms on our Eureka lemon tree, this little gal was the perfect model.

I know that technically they have to sit still at some time, but it's like the kindergarteners, I've never actually caught them at it :)

We have modest dragonflies here on our hill, but I remember with great fondness the clouds of much larger dragonflies we enjoyed in Beijing.
